We offer nationwide delivery with the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 50 shipping charges

  • Open Parcel Before Payment (COD Check Service): Rs. 100 shipping charges

The “Open Parcel” option allows customers to check the parcel before making payment through Cash on Delivery (COD).

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

⏳ Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan for your convenience.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

📍 Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Glow & Glaze is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

📦 Parcel Checking Policy

Customers choosing the Open Parcel Before Payment option can inspect the parcel before paying the rider.

Please note:

  • Only product verification/checking is allowed

  • Products cannot be used or tested before payment

  • This service is available for an additional Rs. 100 shipping fee
